Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in euros (€).
- I am VAT-exempt under Article 11.
- Full payment is required before an order is processed or dispatched.
- Payments can be made securely through Viva Wallet, BOV Mobile Pay, Revolut, or bank transfer.

We always strive to maintain consistency in the look and quality of our products. However, the sweets or items included in candy cones or kebabs may vary depending on availability.
If certain sweets or decorations are out of stock, we will carefully select suitable replacements to ensure your chosen theme is presented beautifully and consistently.
Muffin Allergy Disclaimer
Our plain muffins meet the requirements for nut-free schools and do not contain nuts in their ingredients.
However, they are made in an environment where nuts may be present. Therefore, we recommend caution for individuals with severe allergies.

Orders and Delivery
- Orders can be placed directly through our website.
- Most orders are prepared and delivered within 5 business days of payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified in the order notes.
- Deliveries are typically made after 4 PM on weekdays and on Saturday mornings.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the customised nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately (on the same day of delivery) with photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly and fairly.
Rental Policy
For balloon inflator rentals:
- A refundable deposit is required.
- The rental fee is for 24 hours.
- The deposit will be refunded once the inflator is returned in proper working condition.
