Orders and Delivery Orders can be placed directly on our website. We aim to process and deliver orders within 5 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on location and product availability.
Refunds and Returns Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately on the same day and we will work to resolve the issue.
Rental Policy For our balloon inflator rental service, a €35 deposit is required, and the total rental fee is €10 for 24 hours. The deposit will be refunded upon the safe return of the inflator.
